PIRLS

Progress in International Reading Literacy Study (PIRLS):

It is an international assessment administered every five years that measures trends in reading comprehension at the fourth grade. The assessment is conducted in language of instruction in public and private schools, and compares the results with the ability of their peers in the participating countries.
